The rise of the Formula 1 Formula

19 Mar

The last few days have been very busy for the Formula 1 Formula and I thought I should share with you the good news:

First: The Formula 1 Formula is now a globally used blog and I’ve had viewers from every inhabited continent, so when you thought as you clicked here that it was just you reading this someone on the other side of the world could be reading it too. In the past couple of days I’v cracked a few countries for the first time ever, including France, Canada and Singapore.

I've cracked it!

Secondly I’d just like to say thank you to everyone who’s been on the site in the past few days, on saturday I got 78 views of the blog making by far the busiest day so far, and on sunday the site got 56 views which makes sunday my second busiest day so far. Both these days have meant that last week the site was the busiest week for the site since it started and March 2012 is already the busiest month and we still have 12 days (and 1 race) left.

More importantly from your point of view this blog has now got a deal with Andrew Scott (http://www.flickr.com/photos/asphotos/) and so now you not only get my articles but you also get Andrew’s stunning photographs!

One of Andrew's stunning photographs! (http://www.flickr.com/photos/asphotos/)

The blog/twitter page are also now becoming more popular and attracting more followers, the blog gained an extra follower on saturday, so hello Michael and I gained 6 new followers on twitter including a talented motorsport artist (@Ecapener) and a young racer (@CohenBrittany).

Of course this blog is here to enhance you following of F1 and so if you feel that there’s something you’d like added to this blog or an improvement that can be made don’t hesitate to comment 🙂

hey, its not a photo deal, and they won’t continue (unless i get a leave pass to goto singapore gp) because I’m not going to any more GP..

i was only a hack member of the public in one of the grand stands, and anyone would have been able to take the pics.

i did make a small video, of the race https://vimeo.com/38723872

and am busy trying to find time to edit saturday (where my cameras shutter died with a $600 repair bill) and sundays race pics.. and will have them on flickr soon, but then, thats it 🙂 for this year!..
